John did many things going above and beyond in helping ensure our home and pool was taken as we are out of state. I very much enjoyed working with John and would recommend his services. We had unfortunate circumstances with 2 other offers that fell through which contributed to house being on the market longer than expected. I do not believe this to be the fault of John at all. These things are not the fault of the realtor. I do think negotiations for final sale could have been better but again no fault to the realtor that the appraisal was lower than expected and at this point we were also glad to have the sale completed. It is a huge relief!! So hard to do this from another state. Overall, loved working with John. With the obstacles we had, John did a great job working through it all. He is a pleasure to work with!
